GENERAL
GLENNY is our friend who is pursuing a gluten-free diet inspired us to make great-tasting snack options that are not only gluten-free but vegan and non-GMO, too! It’s also our name and philosophy on snack making. Since 1979, we have remained devoted to transforming the food industry by creating delicious snacks using natural and non-GMO ingredients.

Using the PRODUCT REQUEST LETTER you can request the management of your local store near you carrying our products. Many stores take into account customer requests when deciding on new products to carry. If you live in Canada, we have a letter for you too!
Yes! Every product in our line uses Fair Trade-certified ingredients, which means that the farmers are guaranteed to receive a minimum price. They also have safe working conditions and sustainable wages, along with Fair Trade premiums used to invest in community development. Those premiums are often used for leadership training, scholarships, and schools. Fair Trade farms do not permit child labor, slave labor, GMOs, or harmful chemicals. ORDER SHIPPING
We can currently ship to all USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and American Territories. We’re working very hard to create more shipping options in the US, or for our Canadian customers. Stay tuned! If you are looking to ship outside of the contiguous US, you can place orders through Amazon, Target, Walmart, and local retailers.
We charge a flat rate of $0.25/item on orders under $50 in the contiguous US. Orders at or over $50 have free shipping within the contiguous US. You also have the option to pay expedited shipping to ensure your snacks arrive ASAP.
Because we’re only shipping within the US at the moment, all prices are in USD. If your card uses another currency, you will be charged in USD, and your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date. You can check the tracking status anytime to get an update on your order!
Tracking information will be sent via email to the email address on your order as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please check the tracking number or email us through CONTACT GLENNY’S.
Orders placed before 11 AM EST on Wednesday will ship the same week. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. Please note that during peak ordering seasons, it may take longer for your order to be processed. You can also reach out to us through CONTACT GLENNY’S if you have any questions or concerns about when your order will be processed.
Once your order is processed and ready to ship, it will be sent out via USPS (Ground or Air, depending on your proximity to our shipping facilities). Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 hours to process it for delivery. We are currently offering 5 to 7 days of standard shipping, with the option to upgrade to expedited shipping. Please expect delays if you place an order after 5 PM EST on Fridays.
Let’s say to receive your order by December 25 with standard shipping, please place your order by midnight on December 18. Need a last-minute order? No worries! Check us on the FIND US page. Orders placed after the specific holiday dates and times cannot be guaranteed for arrival and unforeseen carrier delays remain a possibility.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. To make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team through CONTACT GLENNY’S with your order number, “ORDER” in the subject line along with a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will try to accommodate requests. We cannot refund, cancel, or edit an order once it leaves our warehouse and is in transit to its final destination.
If your tracking information is showing delivered please first contact the carrier. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out through CONTACT GLENNY’S with your order number and ship to address.
PACKAGING
GLENNY’S products have a shelf life of 18 months. We recommend you consume by the date printed on the packaging. Like any natural food, GLENNY’S products will taste best the fresher they are!
We pack each as fresh as possible in a protective atmosphere, and we provide a full refund if products are expired or damaged.
We are always working to minimize our environmental footprint, and packaging is one small part of that effort! At this time, our packaging may or may not be recyclable depending on your local recycling program. Be sure to check with them before attempting to recycle!
PAYMENT
You can purchase our products with most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, check, money orders, or Venmo, nor can we split payments across credit cards. All orders are subject to review.
Our payment processing platform is hosted on Stripe which is compliant with the most stringent data safety standards.

GLENNY’S snacks are packed full of vital nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron, and calcium, as vitamins B6 & C, and minerals, folate, potassium, and manganese protein.
Although we are not certified organic, many of the ingredients we use are organic. Read the ingredients panel on each product!
The issue of genetic modification is important to us. The ingredients that we exclusively source are not genetically modified. None of our products contain GMOs and all are certified non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project. Visit https://www.nongmoproject.org to learn more.

All GLENNY’S products are vegan and contain no gelatin. None of the ingredients in the products listed come from animals or animal by-products. We never test on animals, either. The sugars used in these products have not been processed with bone char. Feel free to look over the Vegan Action Group’s FAQs for more information on the difference between vegan and dairy-free.
Absolutely, GLENNY’S are both wheat and gluten-free! Each product is made with just a few simple ingredients depending on the recipe. To avoid any possibility of cross-contamination, we do not bring ingredients containing gluten into our factory.
All sugar in our products is naturally occurring from the organic fruit itself. We do not add any refined sugar, sugar substitutes, or sugar alcohol.
All our products are free of soy ingredients.
Yes. None of our products use eggs.
Yes, none of our products use dairy, or dairy ingredients lactose.
No, none of our products contain hydrogenated oils or trans fats.
No, we don’t use any preservatives!
Nope! We don’t believe in any of that. We will never use chemical dyes or use artificial brightening agents either. Just real and natural ingredients.
With young children who are just being introduced to solids, it is always recommended to check with their doctor before introducing new foods. Be sure to always supervise your child when feeding. Only the Trail Mix package contains peanuts and/or tree nuts, and it is packed in a separate facility. None of the other packs contain any peanut or peanut oil in our recipes. Please check the ingredients panel on each individual product to find out if it contains peanuts or tree nuts. In fact, we manufacture our snack products in a facility that is peanut and nut-tree-free.
GLENNY’S NATURALS follows all government regulations regarding the labeling of our products and so we always label the presence of any of the top 9 food allergens (sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, fish, wheat, soy, and shellfish) no matter how small the amount of the item. We are clear and upfront about our labeling policies and procedures so that our consumers have the information they need to make informed decisions. All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes sesame and tahini. This is why our packaging makes the allergen claim: “packaged in a facility that processes sesame/tahini”. Our Power Fruit Bites contain tahini and sesame seeds.
To improve the texture and overall product quality, we updated our process and recipe. This required a change in the Nutritional Fact Panel. Please see product pages for details and reference the nutritional information on our website for the most updated. We hope you find this to be a superior product and a more enjoyable experience.
RETURNS
Because we sell food and we will never resell our snacks once shipped to a consumer, we don’t accept returns – thanks for understanding! However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, please send an email through CONTACT GLENNY’S with the “ORDER” subject within 7 days of your purchase date. Please provide details of any errors or concerns so we may improve our process. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to dislike of product taste or texture. For any defective product, we are happy to replace it in question. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
